Dates, ground and the cohort are set closer to the year, out of what the previous chapter leaves unfinished. The question is unchanged.
Why it returns
A fixed point in a travelling decade.
Singapore is the counterpoint the travelling years are read against, a city-state whose density, scarcity and pace push every future into a single tight frame. Coming back on a two-year rhythm is how the residency measures its own drift.
The School of Pursuits and Passions holds a season inside the 2027 chapter, building a way of learning out of the place itself, ending in a commissioned public artwork for the neighbourhood. What it finds at Dhun in 2027 is what 2028 carries into the room.
Singapore years also carry the festival, the one public day where a chapter's work meets the city. It last ran on 17 June 2026 and returns with this chapter.
