The brief
Each chapter opens with a live brief drawn from the ground it lands on, a real question a real custodian is already carrying. The brief is scoped in the previous chapter, so no year starts from zero.

The cohort
A small group of Creators is assembled around the brief: people holding lived places, and people carrying theories of the future city. Deliberately mismatched, deliberately small.

Closed doors
Most of the week is unpublished. Salons, studio visits, long meals, a co-design session. High trust, no audience, no transcript, the conditions under which practitioners say what they actually think.

One public day
The week opens out once. A single public moment where the cohort steps onto a stage together, and the city is invited into the argument.

What is left behind
Every chapter leaves an artefact on the ground it visited, a commission, a framework, a district design. The visible object is the smallest part; the institutional relationships are what compound.
Authorship
Authored end to end.
The brief, the cohort, the curation, the production and the delivery are held by one team. It is a practice rather than a platform: the same hands shape each chapter, which is how a loose format stays coherent across years and continents.
